So Big Business, easily one of the best sludge bands around right now, have a new 12″, Quadruple Single, coming out on the 27th of July. While Torche pretty much leads the pack when it comes to the whole ‘joy-doom’ thing, I’d say Big Business comes a respectable second. If the new track, ‘Always Never Know When to Quit’, is any indication, this release will SLAY. Their 2009 album Mind the Drift was cool, but I’d say 2007′s Here Come the Waterworks would be my favourite release from them thus far, so check that out too.
